Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how the HER VENUS “Subscribe & Save” program works, including billing, delivery, and how to manage or cancel your plan. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below and to our Terms of Service.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you enroll in an automatically recurring order. We ship your HER VENUS supply on a recurring schedule (typically every 30 days) and charge your saved payment method for each order until you cancel. Your subscription unlocks discounted pricing and subscriber-only benefits.

Billing & Renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically at the interval you selected.
• We charge your payment method on each renewal date at the subscription price in effect at that time, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
• By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.
• We may send a reminder before a renewal where required by law, but it is your responsibility to manage your subscription before the next renewal date.

Pricing Changes

Subscription pricing may change over time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will give you notice in advance, and the new price will apply to renewals after the notice period. You may cancel before the next renewal if you do not agree to a price change.

Manage, Skip, Pause & Reschedule

You’re in control. From your account (or by emailing support@shegoestovenus.com) you can:

• Skip an upcoming shipment;
• Pause your subscription and resume later;
• Reschedule your next delivery date; or
• Change the products, quantity, or frequency.

To make sure a change applies to your next order, please make it at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Changes made after an order has been processed take effect on the following cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@shegoestovenus.com. Cancellation stops all future charges and shipments. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date. An order that has already been processed cannot be canceled, but it is covered by our Refund Policy.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired or declined card), we may retry the charge and will attempt to notify you so you can update your payment details. If we cannot successfully charge your payment method, your subscription may be paused or canceled, and any pending order may be held until payment is resolved. Please keep your payment and contact information current.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship on your recurring schedule and, where applicable, include free shipping. Delivery timelines and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds & Guarantee

Our Refund Policy, including the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first qualifying order, applies to subscription purchases. Subscription renewals are not covered by the guarantee unless a renewal is tied to a confirmed HER VENUS service, fulfillment, or shipping error.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version, and your continued participation in the subscription program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
