Refund Policy

HER VENUS stands behind our products and the care we put into every customer’s experience. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first qualifying order only, giving you time to try HER VENUS as directed and see how you feel.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following must be true:

• Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery;
• The order is your first qualifying HER VENUS order;
• The product was used as directed;
• Any extra bags from a multi-pack bundle are returned unopened; and
• Any free gift received with the purchase is also returned to receive the eligible refund amount.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the first qualifying order only. It does not cover repeat orders, subscription renewals, duplicate purchases, or any additional orders placed after your first qualifying order.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@shegoestovenus.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped back to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing Fee

A $7 refund processing fee is deducted from all approved refunds. This fee helps cover return handling, processing, and the operational costs of managing refunds.

Fee Waiver Exceptions

The $7 processing fee is waived when a refund is caused by a confirmed HER VENUS service or shipping error, including:

• The wrong item was shipped;
• A duplicate shipment was caused by HER VENUS;
• An address or order-handling error was caused by HER VENUS;
• A confirmed carrier or fulfillment issue required our support team to resolve;
• An item was confirmed damaged during review; or
• Another verified service error approved by our support team.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once reported, we’ll review the issue and work to make it right. If the problem is confirmed as a HER VENUS service, fulfillment, or shipping error, the $7 processing fee is waived.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, and hazardous or flammable materials. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Sale items, promotional items, subscription renewals, repeat orders, and additional purchases after your first qualifying order are not eligible under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee unless we approve an exception or a refund is required by law. Subscription Orders

You are responsible for managing your subscription before your next renewal date. Subscription renewals are not covered under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee unless a renewal is tied to a confirmed HER VENUS service, fulfillment, or shipping error. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method, less the $7 processing fee (unless the fee is waived for a confirmed HER VENUS service, fulfillment, or shipping error).

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@shegoestovenus.com.
